This class is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness from cardio, muscle conditioning to balance and flexibility. This class is a mixture of low intensity, high intensity moves for maximum cardio burning. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves like Cha Cha and Salsa. You need no preious dance experience. Bring both your left feet, cause this is about how you do U! 

Val makes this class fun and effective. It's basically watch and follow. You will quickly find your stress level reducing and your energy increasing while engaging in these full body movements. Your spirits will be elevated and you attitude escalated, as all your muscle groups are challenged. You will look and feel much more toned, fit and shapelier!
